The Print Affair prints on Standard Paper Stocks.

* Business Cards are printed on 350gsm Magno Matt and are available
with an optional Gloss U.V. Varnish at no extra cost.

* We will check artwork supplied before going to print (this is a courtesy and not our responsibility). Wherever possible we will contact you with any foreseable problems.

* Standard Business Cards are 90 x 50mm (trim size) and must be supplied 93 x53mm (bleed size) All artwork must be supplied as CMYK

* Artwork must be 300dpi - We will not print lower resolutions or reproduce poor print quality artwork.

* We do not encourage "open files". Where this is unavoidable, please supply together with a JPEG view file.

* A 10% colour variation is standard in the print industry.

* 10% overs & unders is applicable (standard to the print industry) we pride ouselves in supplying the full print quota to the best of our ability.

* Should your print not be within these confines we will be happy to reprint at no charge whatsoever and deliver to you.

* Authors errors and / or omisions will be reprinted at the full price.

Turn around times:

Standard Business Cards 5-7 Working Days

Flyers: 7-10 Working Days.

* Flyer weekly special: Artwork to be sent no later than Friday. Turnaround time ± 7 working days.
A 70% deposit is payable upfront, balnce on delivery.

These are guidelines we endevour to adhere to, however we will not be held responsble in the event these time frames are not met.

Print Affair will do our utmost accomodate urgent print deadlines.
This can be pre- arranged with us.

Proof of payment must be Faxed or Emailed before any print or design work will be entered into.
