The Print Affair prints on Standard Paper Stocks.
Business Cards are printed on
350gsm Magno Matt and are available with an optional
Gloss U.V. Varnish at no extra cost.
We will check artwork supplied before going to print (this is a courtesy and not our responsibility. Wherever possible we will alert you to any foreseable problems.

How to supply Artwork

Whereby you wish to supply your own design please follow these guidelines:

* Standard Business Cards are 90 x 50mm (trim size)
and must be supplied at 93 x 53mm (bleed size)
* Allow 3mm bleed on all sides (i.e: 1.5mm around)
* All artwork must be supplied as CMYK
* Please ensure blacks are 100K
* Text, images, logos etc must be at least 6mm away from the edge of the page.
* Do not supply with crop marks
* Artwork must be 300dpi

Preferred File Formats:
TIFF & JPEG

If you are unsure of other print sizes please feel free to contact us.

* To compress files larger files right click and select send to "compressed zipped folder" for smaller file sends.

* Contact us in the event your file exceeds 6 megabytes and we will assist you to upload it to an FTP server. You can send individual files up to 100 megabytes .

* Publisher, MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel are unfortunately not compatible.

Artwork Pricing

A minimum charged @ R185.00 for any artwork entered into.

50% Deposit is required upfront and balance payable upon delivery.
